Frequently asked Questions

Check-in / Check out times?

Check-in time is after 1:30pm – we can hold your luggage if arriving earlier than this.

Check-out time is 10:30am – we can hold your luggage on your departure day for collection later.

Are your rooms air conditioned?

Air conditioning is very rare in a budget London B&B. It is normally found in most large chain/luxury hotels. From summer 2020, we have installed air conditioning in both of our Quadruple rooms, two of our Double rooms and all the “Compact rooms” on our third floor. There is a daily surcharge to use the air conditioning in these rooms.

For the rest of our rooms, a desk fan is provided in the summer.

My flight arrives late, can I arrive after midnight?

Yes. Please request this at the time of your booking as we will need to arrange a late check-in.  A surcharge will apply to keep reception service open for very late arrivals, which will be communicated to you at the time of your booking.

Do you have a lift?

We have no lift. Rooms are accessed via stairs only, situated over ground, first, second and third floor. Bag assistance is available!

Can we add a bed in our room for an additional guest?

Unfortunately not – our rooms do not have the capacity for additional beds/guests.

Do you provide a free child cot?

Yes. Please request at the time of your booking.

Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately not. We allow only registered guide/service dogs.

Do you accept credit/debit cards?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express

Do you have a bar?

No, as a B&B, we are not licensed and do not have any communal spaces. There is a small vending machine by reception for cold drinks and snacks.
