Check-in time is after 2:00pm – we can hold your luggage if arriving earlier than this.

Check-out time is 10:30am – we can hold your luggage on your departure day for collection later.

Air conditioning is very rare in a budget London B&B. It is normally found in most large chain/luxury hotels. We have installed air conditioning in both of our Quadruple rooms, two of our Double rooms and the “Compact Double rooms” on our third floor. There is a daily surcharge to use the air conditioning in these rooms.

For the rest of our rooms, a desk fan is provided in the summer.

Yes. Please request this at the time of your booking as we will need to arrange a late check-in. A surcharge of £29.00 will apply to keep reception service open for very late arrivals, which will be communicated to you at the time of your booking.

We have no lift. Rooms are accessed via stairs only, situated over ground, first, second and third floor. Bag assistance is available!

Unfortunately not – our rooms do not have the capacity for additional beds/guests.
