Cancellation Policy

Our standard policy for most bookings: 3 days notice required before arrival, otherwise a 1 night charge applies

Example: Your booking is on a Monday, so you must notify us by midnight on the Thursday before.

Deposit Policy

If a deposit is required, we will inform you via email following your booking. Deposits are non-refundable and usually apply to:

– Bookings in busy periods
– Bookings for 5 nights or more
– Bookings for 2 rooms or more
– Bookings for Triple/Quadruple rooms

No Shows

The full cost of your stay is payable if you do not arrive for your booking or for cancellations/modifications during your stay.

It is advised that your holiday insurance also covers hotel fees.

If you are unable to honour any of the policies above or are unsure of your trip, please ask us first if a provisional booking is possible.

Payment Policy

Credit card details are required to secure the room only. Payment is made on your check-in.
